Just doing a couple shake out walks before I start slow jogging again. Give my body some chance to adapt a little before I take to my Zombie Shuffle©®™. I decided to follow the route I usually do my long slow runs just because it’s been a while. 

TMI

I am glad I did because my poor delicate inner thighs lost their smoothness and are now a tangle of nasty hairs that are tangling and getting pulled out by the roots.

Row, Ski, Swing

So, I am going to row tomorrow instead of walk or run or anything. Spend some time with the SkiErg and the Concept2 Model C erg and maybe even swing my 24kg kettlebell.
