Why men shouldn’t stop running

For those of us who aren’t naturally as smooth as a dolphin or who aren’t religious about their waxing or manscaping, it takes a couple days of running for all the hair in your running shorts to be brutally torn out by the roots; after which, it’s all smooth sailing.
During those inaugural days, diaper rash for days. The worst kind of crotch chafe, chub rub, crotch rot, thigh rubbing.
I’ve always been a slow runner

I’ve never been a fast runner! If I ran 2.54 miles in 42-minutes, according to ACTIVE’s Calculate Your Running Pace calculator then my pace was only 16:32! So, I’ve always been a slow-ass!

Really smooth and cool and easy. Walked hills and took rights and lefts at as many hills as I could but it was a fun time! Second run it the rest of my life! Am I a runner yet?

I took the first run of the rest of my life after being sick back in January 2017 this morning. Call my form Japanese Slow Jogging or Zombie Shuffle–the Cliff Young Ultra Shuffle?–but this is where it starts.

Let your slow-flag fly, for sure, when you slow jog and slow row; however, please feel free to add power-10s and other high-intensity pieces to your slow, long, steady-state everyday slow jogs and slow rows.
